Bharath Kumar is a former Tamil Nadu Ranji and South Zone all rounder. KBK, as Bharath is known, was coach of the successful Tamil Nadu Ranji team between 2000 and 2002, which included Robin Singh, Hemang Badani and L Balaji. KBK's performance of 5 Wickets for 4 Runs against Andhra in Ranji Trophy was featured in Wisden. KBK is an ECB Level 2 Coach.

Linden is a certified ICC Americas Regional coach and is ECB Certified coach. Linden played on Guyana’s U19 and senior teams before he turned pro. After a successful professional playing career in Scotland and with England's Lancashire league, Linden has devoted himself to cricket development. He began his coaching career in Scotland, England and Guyana. He is presently the New York U19 and the USA U15 coach and a USA U19 selector.

An ex-USA player, Earl has a lot of coaching and team selection experience. He has coached the New York Regional Team and Atlantic Regional Team as part of his coaching tenure. He was the Chairman of the USA Selection Committee and the New York Regional Committee. Before that he was also the Selector for the Atlantic Regional Team. Earl hails from Kingston, Jamaica. He is a WICB certified Level 1 Coach.

Coach Frank is WICB Level 1 certified Coach. She is currently involved with The Atlantic Region's Women's Cricket Program. Her areas of expertise are in working with children and facilitating learning. She is responsible for strength and agility drills, warm ups, skills assessments, creating goal specific drills, practice sessions, motivating and instilling self confidence and self esteem, mental conditioning and mental toughness.
