It rained here this morning and there are puddles everywhere outside, but the field is in good shape and we're going to start here on time for 10 a.m. USA plays their first match here this morning against Bermuda, who lost by two wickets yesterday to Canada. They've just done the toss. Will deliver the word as soon as it comes in.

 Bermuda has won the toss and elected to bat first.

Karteek Kankanala, Omari Williams and Karan Patel are the three out for USA. Christian Burgess gets a rest after scoring 50 yesterday and Kamel Easton makes way as well for Damieko James and Jordan Smith. 

 William White and Shaquille Jones walk out to open for Bermuda. Arsh Buch to open the bowling for USA from the North End, left arm medium over the stumps to the lefty Jones. White at the non-striker's end is right handed. Steven Taylor is standing up to the stumps to start off wearing a hat and sunglasses but no helmet. That's always going to be a dicey proposition after what happened to Mark Boucher in England yesterday. Two slips in place. Just two men on the leg side, third man the only man outside the ring to start. They're using the same pitch as yesterday's match.  Randall Wilson will open the bowling from the Pavilion End, right arm medium to White with Taylor standing up to the stumps, just one slip in place and a short cover, Amarnauth Persaud. Dot, full on the stumps, flicked to square leg where Zahib Tariq fields. Dot, full on the stumps, defended to point. Dot, full on the stumps, defended to cover. OUT! Good length ball, White goes back to defend and the ball flies off the shoulder of the bat toward point. Krish Goel waited on the ball and it started to die on him. Two, full toss outside off driven through the covers, but again the outfield is slow like yesterday and it stops well short of the rope.  Buch to Jones. Dot, good length ball, defended to point. Two, full outside off, plays an ungainly shot across the line and it flies over midwicket for a pair. Wide, full and well outside off.  Wilson to Manders. Dot, good length ball outside off left alone. Dot, good length ball on the stumps driven to Varadarajan at mid on. Dot, full on the stumps, driven through Wilson to Ryan Persaud at mid on. Dot, good length ball, Manders goes back to punch it to cover and plays over the top. Second man now brought into short cover. Dot, good length ball defended to short cover. Single, full on the legs, clipped to fine leg where Buch fields and fires into the stumps at the striker's end but the batsmen were well in. Bermuda 16/1 in 4.

Short of a length on off stump, goes to defend and spoons an edge off the shoulder to Zahib Tariq at short cover, who lunges across Amarnauth Persaud at short extra cover and puts it down.
