Cheerleaders were tried in County Cricket (see the Pulse girls from Essex) and Test Cricket (see the girls at the Ashes).   No surprise then that wildly entertaining machine called Twenty20 has cheerleaders.   To the purists out there who cannot tolerate cheerleaders, please find another sport!
